WEDDING I Kheng + Lisa I Westin Saint Francis Hotel, San Francisco CA, May 14, 2011

It was really fun to take Kheng and Lisa around Union square before their wedding celebration at the Westin Saint Francis Hotel. They were super troopers, and so so friendly!!!! It's not that easy to be walking around the busiest place in san Francisco on a Saturday dressed in wedding outfits. But we did have a good time regardless. It was fun hearing from all passers by "congratulations!!!!congratulations!!!". The result of our little adventure are these AWESOME photos that I am so happy with. Kheng and Lisa had previously gotten married, (which is why there are no ceremony photos) but wanted a second celebration with all their friends and family. The rest of the day went very smoothly with a beautiful tea ceremony and dinner in the glorious Alexander room. I am so excited to show Kheng and Lisa the rest of the photos!

BABY SHOOT I Lovely Vivian + Mommy + Daddy I San Francisco, May 10, 2011

 When Brad and Courtney contacted me to photograph their baby Vivian I was thrilled. I shot their wedding a couple of years ago in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It was one of the most memorable, colorful and exciting weddings Pierre and I had been to, and not only thanks to the huge amounts of Tequila they kept offering us (which we gladly accepted) but to the amazing, fun vibe that ruled supreme through out the whole weekend.

Back to baby shoot. I have to say this shoot with their beautiful 4 month Baby Vivian offered an interesting contrast with their wedding photos. I was very inspired by the calm and tranquil peace (unlike their wedding in Cabo one could imagine hehe) floating in the air while Viv was taking a yummy nap in her mother's arms. She remained calm and peaceful even when she woke up. As you can see I was also drawn to the flowers in their apartment and already knew I was going to be pairing the images together...it was so touching to see how much Brad and Courtney are in love with their baby girl...parenthood suites them like a GLOVE. The 3 of them radiated lots and lots of love and happiness.

Pregnancy shoot (Grossesse) I Laeticia & Julien I Friday May 6, 2011 I Fontcouverte, South France

 Après avoir shooté le mariage de Julien et Laetitia l'année dernière, j'ai était super contente d'apprendre qu'ils étaient enceinte d'une petite fille qui naîtra au début de l'été. L'attente du nouveau née leur va si bien! Ils sont dans leur petite bulle. Les 7 mois de grossesse sont tombé à pic, entre les coquelicots et les premières chaleurs printannière. Du coup, Dawn et moi avons pu capturer la beauté du printemps, du paysage, et du joli couple plein de bonheur en moins de 2 heures. On adore trouver un "thème" a nos shoots. Celui ci était "on the road", le couple prend une nouvelle route dans la vie!

Fashion Shoot I Beverly Smart I Lagrasse, Aude, France I April 10, 2011

Seren and I were super excited to shoot Beverly Smart's new summer 2011 collection in Lagrasse. Beverly is a clothes designer, stylist and good friend of ours who we've known for a long time. She has an elegant store in Lagrasse, South West France, 15 minutes from where Pierre and I live (Rieux en Val), and as you can see below she also sells beautiful jewelry.

The fabulous woman you see just below is called Heidi. She used to be a model for Vogue and Marie Claire and so on. As you see she is still absolutely drop dead gorgeous and it is quite fascinating and amazing to work with a professional model!!

Caroline, another one of the models, wears Beverly's clothes to perfection. 100% sophistication.

And Joelle, the 3rd model is well...Beverly's daughter!! shaped like a swan, all she needs to do is place one hand on her hip and simply "be" to look mind bogglingly stunning.
